The retainer fee is mandatory and secures my exclusivity to you for that date. What are your payment terms? After your non-refundable retainer fee has been paid, the remaining balance (including travel/accommodation costs) will be due 2 weeks before your wedding date.
Trials and associated travel costs are charged as a separate booking and are to be paid on the day of.How far do you travel?I am based in the West Midlands but I’m happy to travel wherever!

- Additional fee of £75 per day spent travelling (in which I'm unable to take on any other work)How many people can I book for makeup on my wedding day?I can usually do up to 5 (potentially 6) people by myself, depending on timings.
For larger bridal parties with over 5 guests or a ceremony time prior to 12pm, an additional artist or assistant may be required. Can I book a trial before booking in for the wedding day?Yes, you can book in for a trial without committing. However, I cannot reserve any dates without a retainer secured. Therefore, there is no guarantee of my availability for your date if you choose to book a trial separately. When should I book a trial?I recommend having your trial 3 – 6 months prior to your wedding day. Trials are carried out during the week (daytime or evening) and last up to 2 hours. Select weekend dates may become available but will be limited. What happens during a trial?Trials are a really great way to try a few options if you haven’t decided what you want. I’ll ask you a few questions about your makeup preferences, skin type and concerns, and details of your wedding I.e. colour schemes/overall vibe.
This will allow me to have a better idea of what you want to achieve with your makeup look. It’s also a great opportunity for us to meet and get to know each other so your wedding morning can run as smoothly as possible.
Trials are optional for your wedding party, but necessary for the bride/nearly wed as I won’t go in blind on your wedding day!Do I need to supply any makeup myself? No, I have a wide variety of products in my kit and I am able to cater to all skin tones, types and textures. However, if there's any products you'd like me to use e.g. your favourite mascara or lipstick, feel free to bring them along!I am vegan or have allergies/sensitivities to certain brands or products, will this be a problem?Of course not! I carry a variety of different brands in my kit, including vegan/cruelty free products. If there are any brands/products that you know you don’t get along with, just give me a heads up beforehand. I’ll also need to be made aware of any serious allergies upon booking. Can I book on behalf of someone else?I only take bookings from the bride/nearly wed. If your family are helping with costs, or your wedding party are paying for their own makeup, please have them pay you first! This avoids any confusion and ensures the booking/payment process goes smoothly.
